Common questions about our OEM/ODM services answered
Our typical MOQ is 50-100 pieces per SKU for standard products. For custom OEM/ODM projects, the MOQ depends on complexity and material requirements. We can discuss flexible terms for trial orders or mixed containers.
Sample development: 15-20 days. Mass production after sample approval: 45-60 days. Total timeline from initial inquiry to delivery: approximately 90-100 days. Rush orders can be accommodated with adjusted scheduling.
Absolutely. We understand the importance of design confidentiality and are prepared to sign NDAs before any technical discussions. Your intellectual property is fully protected throughout the collaboration.
We accept CAD files (.dwg, .dxf), 3D models (.stp, .iges, .stl), and even hand sketches or concept images. Our engineering team can work with various formats and help develop technical drawings if needed.
Yes, we provide both physical samples and 3D renderings. Sample fees are charged initially but can be refunded upon confirmed mass production orders. Typical sample turnaround is 2-3 weeks.
We can provide certifications for BIFMA, EN 1728, BS 5852 (fire retardancy), FSC/PEFC (sustainable wood), CARB P2 (low emission), and various material safety certificates. Third-party testing reports from SGS or Intertek are also available.
Yes, that's our ODM service. Simply share your functional requirements, target market, and budget. Our R&D team will develop design concepts, create 3D visualizations, and manage the entire production process.
Standard terms: 30% deposit, 70% balance before shipment. We accept T/T (wire transfer), L/C at sight for large orders. For long-term partners, more flexible payment arrangements can be discussed.
We implement QC at three stages: incoming material inspection, in-process monitoring, and final pre-shipment inspection (PSI). Third-party inspection is welcome. Detailed QC reports with photos are provided for every order.
IP ownership is negotiable. Typically, you own the exclusive rights to designs developed specifically for your project. We can also offer shared IP or licensing arrangements depending on your business model and investment.
