The Challenge
Create an arrival experience that feels luxurious and welcoming while handling constant foot traffic. Check-in, waiting and lounge areas had to flow naturally without crowding the entrance.
Our Solution
A sculptural reception desk in premium stone-effect surfaces, paired with layered ceiling and feature lighting. Lobby seating groups guests into comfortable clusters, and every finish is chosen to withstand heavy daily use.
